Refund Policy


At PGTGADGETS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 working days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Final Sale: Certain items (e.g. perishable goods, personalized products, intimate apparel) are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@preciousgatetech.com or call +234 (0) 9139375325 YOUR SHOP within 7 working days from delivery.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely repack the item, include the RAN on the outside, and ship to our returns address (provided in your RAN email).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • Preferred Carrier: Use a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Inspection & Processing

  • Inspection Period: Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.

  • Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.

  • Rejection: If the item is not in its original condition, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.


5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the same card or account used for purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days from approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Partial Refunds: Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.


6. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Size/Color Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to stock availability and may incur additional shipping charges.


7. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge if it hasn’t shipped yet—contact support immediately.

  • After Shipping: If you cancel after the item ships, you must follow the return procedure above and cover return shipping costs.
