2. Payment is due at the time of order. We do not ship until payment clears.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days; express options at checkout.

2. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

3. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

1. You may return unused, undamaged items within 7 working days from delivery.

2. To initiate a return, contact customer support for a Return Authorization.

3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Product Descriptions & Availability

1. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product listings (descriptions, images, pricing).

2. We do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
